Short description:	Subject Level: Elementary Objectives of the subject : students are expected to possess basic knowledge in pedagogics, pedagogical terms, main Fields and trends in pedagogics as well as be able to critically view trends and evaluate phenomena ocurring in process of education. Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:	Knowledge: EK 1 - the Student knows the basic terminology applied in pedagogy. EK 2 - has a basic knowledge about the place of pedagogy in the system of sciences. Abilities: EK 3 - the Student is able to identify social phenomenas associated with education activity. EK 4 - on completion the student is able to use the lecture theoretical basic knowledge in pedagogy. Competence: EK 5 - the Student knows the level of his knowledge and the need for further training oneself. EK 6 - is convinced of meaning and the need of pedagogic action.
