Short description: |
The program of the practicals covers issues related to the construction and functioning of plant and animal cells. Students will be familiarized with basic research methods used in cell biology, differences between procariotic and eukaryotic cells, structure and functions of individual cell organelles, interaction between cells, signal transduction, cell lifecycle, mitosis, meiosis and apoptosis. The structure and function of tissues will be presented. |
