Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:

Knowledge: students describe the discipline of philosophy of law, list and portray the basic methods for the discipline, explain basic concepts, list the main trends and their representatives and illustrate their main views.

Skills: Students compare and classify the views and arguments found in the philosophy of law, draw conclusions based on the claims of the law, provide for their consequences in respect of the particular philosophical and legal positions, students also understand the ideas of the philosophy of law and are able to assess their practical value.

Competencies: Students perceive social relations and problems in legal and political dimension and independently formulate proposals for the solutions of the problems, students are open to new philosophical and legal concepts of and are willing to change opinions in the context of available arguments.
