Full description: |
Environmental impact assessments are one of the basic instruments of preventive environmental protection. The decision on environmental conditions is one of the basic decisions in the investment process. The classes will present the genesis of impact assessments, their development in international law as well as EU law. In the part concerning Polish law, the regulations concerning strategic environmental impact assessment, environmental impact assessment of projects, assessment of impact on the Natura 2000 area, cross-border impact assessment will be discussed in detail. The course of the proceedings, public participation in the proceeding, documents prepared by the investor, functions of decisions on environmental conditions will be presented - taking into account the differences for projects that can always significantly and potentially significantly affect the environment. |

He does not understand the need to constantly raise knowledge, he does not notice the weaknesses and strengths of his skills, attitudes and activities Fair rating AND. 1. Poorly knows the terminology characterizing the environmental impact assessment 2. Poorly recognizes the importance of environmental impact assessments in preventive environmental protection B. 3. Poorly recognizes different procedures regarding environmental impact assessments, generally indicates the characteristics of each of them 4.
