The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic concepts and institutions of administrative law and to present the structure of environmental protection bodies along with the tasks they perform.

The subject consists of two issues. The first one is dedicated to administrative law, the second is to environmental protection authorities.

The first issue will cover issues related to:

- a place of administrative law in the legal system,

- sources and basic notions of administrative law,

- legal forms of the administration's operation,

- administrative and judicial protection proceedings

The tasks of environmental protection authorities will be discussed in relation to individual environmental components subject to protection: water, nature, waste, air and other matters related to environmental protection.

5. Is able to assign tasks in the field of environmental protection to environmental protection authorities

6. Is aware of the importance of legal norms for environmental protection

7. Can work individually showing initiative and independence in activities and effectively cooperate in teamwork, playing different roles in it

1. Correctly operates a few terms that enable a description of the legal system and administrative law

2. Has basic knowledge enabling the characteristics of administrative law, poorly recognizes and defines the principles of administrative law

3. Poorly identifies the tasks of administrative bodies in environmental protection

4. Is able to interpret legal regulations sufficiently, uses a set of legal acts and searches for acts of law

5. Is able to assign tasks of environmental protection authorities sufficiently

6. Has sufficient awareness of the importance of legal norms for the implementation of environmental protection

4. Interprets legal acts and draws correct conclusions based on them (Analyzes legal acts and uses collections

6. Is aware of the importance of legal standards for the implementation of environmental protection, knows the scope of knowledge and skills possessed by it

6. Has high awareness of the importance of legal norms for the implementation of environmental protection, knows the scope of its own

knowledge and skills, understands the need for continuous training in the legal aspect

7. Efficiently works individually, demonstrating initiative and independence in activities and effectively cooperates in teamwork, playing different roles in it
