Short description:

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic concepts and institutions of administrative law and to present the structure of environmental protection bodies along with the tasks they perform.

Full description:

The subject consists of two issues. The first one is dedicated to administrative law, the second is to environmental protection authorities.

The first issue will cover issues related to:

- a place of administrative law in the legal system,

- sources and basic notions of administrative law,

- legal forms of the administration's operation,

- administrative and judicial protection proceedings

The tasks of environmental protection authorities will be discussed in relation to individual environmental components subject to protection: water, nature, waste, air and other matters related to environmental protection.

4. He can not interpret legal acts and draw correct conclusions on their basis

5. He can not assign tasks in the field of environmental protection to environmental protection authorities

C. Competences

6. There is no awareness of the importance of legal norms for the implementation of environmental protection

7. He can not work individually and effectively cooperate in team work

A. Knowledge

1. Correctly operates a few terms that enable a description of the legal system and administrative law
