Short description:	The workshops are designed to create attitudes and skills that will enable their participants to become more effective people who support others who would like to make changes in their lives (concerning some unfavorable situation)
Full description:	These will be primarily practical exercises supported by appropriate, given to the necessary extent knowledge. There will be used the elements of interpersonal communication drawn from the T. Gordon’s model. In addition, elements of the Nonviolent Communication by M. Rosenberg, as well as to a large extent, Motivational Interviewing. Participants will learn and practice the principles of proper listening, conflict resolution. A large part of the exercises will be devoted to the process of change and its individual elements (Engaging, Focusing, Evoking, Planning)
