Full description:

The subject aims to provide with knowledge regarding the assumptions and form of conducting functional diagnosis based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health - ICF. Students will have the opportunity to become familiar with methods and tools for planning supportive interventions aimed at optimizing human functioning (including based on the rehab-cycle model).

- The student understands the specificity of the psychology of human development and its optimization,

- The student has knowledge of various concepts and theories in the field of human development psychology, is able to identify them and refer to psychological practice

- The student knows the basic methods of assessing various areas of human development, knows their theoretical and practical specificity

Skills:

- The student is able to define harmonious and disharmonious human development

- The student is able to interpret the results of scientific research

Competencies

- The student is aware of the advantages and disadvantages of functional diagnosis

- The student is aware of the importance of conducting a functional diagnosis based on the ICF

for a grade of 4 (db): the student knows and understands well the role of mental processes and the directions of their development; is well versed in diagnostic tools enabling the assessment of various areas of functioning

for a grade of 3 (dst): the student has sufficiently learned and understood the role of mental processes and the directions of their development; is sufficiently familiar with diagnostic tools enabling the assessment of various areas of functioning

for a grade of 2 (unsatisfactory): the student does not have sufficient knowledge about the role of mental processes and the directions of their development; is not familiar with diagnostic tools enabling the assessment of various areas of mental development
