Course Level: Basic

Objectives: The aim of education is to provide information about the psychological and revalidation situation of people with disabilities (a fuller description in the semester I)

Prerequisites: basic knowledge of the psychological situation of people with disabilities and allocation of items of clinical psychology and personality

Classes - Wojciech Brejnak

Objectives: Study of selected topics in psychology and pedagogy of revalidation, practical introduction to the business establishments involved in counseling and psycho-educational psychologist working in the field of diagnosis and treatment of people with disabilities - through classes visited and hospitalized in specialized centers.

Classes are held mainly in the establishments involved in the diagnosis, counseling and therapy for people with various disabilities.

Curriculum:

1.Psychologiczne principles of teaching and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.

2.Ogólne principles of learning and learning and their application in rehabilitation, particularly in occupational therapy, learning, and its forms, transfer of learning.

3.4.5.6.Psychologiczne principle of rehabilitation. The principle of understanding people with reduced mobility - the course of her life, personality traits, attitudes towards disability, the ability to satisfy or compensate for their own needs. (The principle of covering all the needs of multilateral rehabilitowanej person. The principle of building a rehabilitation program on the basis of efficiency and preserved exercise capacity and the ability to develop appropriate mental attitude. The principle of the requirements of daily life, family and work. The principle of the relationship between progress in rewalidowaniu disabled person in the rehabilitation process and her social situation. The principle of activity and work of a person with a disability as factors of rehabilitation. The principle of production of a person with a disability motivation to act independently.

Assessment: credit with a grade.

Conditions of the course: mandatory participation in exercises and work for a class at the end of the academic year on: Prevention and early child development to support (...) and his family (students choose to describe the type of disability of the child, they want to get to know). Foreign students are preparing to work on this subject, just describe the problems in their country.

Objectives: Knowledge of specific methods of working with the disabled, learning problems counseling for people with disabilities and the principles of jurisprudence and qualifications for kindergartens, schools, and other forms of special education.

Objectives: Awareness raising on the perception of different kinds of disabilities (also known in the field. Defectology small), drawing attention to the educational aspects of teaching and inclusive education.

Curriculum:

1. Psychological counseling for children with disabilities (from birth to preschool age) and their families.

2. Giving opinions of children at risk of dyslexia, as a basis to organize appropriate remedial classes in kindergarten.

3. Counselling and education for disabled children at a younger age and młodszoszkolnym and their families.

4. The case law for special education for mentally handicapped children and observing the appropriate therapeutic activities and special revalidation in kindergarten, kindergarten and primary school inclusive special for the mentally handicapped slight.

5. The role and participation of families in the rehabilitation of a disabled child.
