Short description:

The level of object: the average advanced.

The aim of lecture: The introduction with theoretical bases' of psychology of stress the students as well as the identification and classified the source of stress. The introduction with theoretical bases' of psychology the students of advice me with and variables the remedial processes. The skill of identification of sources stress as well as help the theoretical describer the stress notions. Purchase it the skill of the diagnose of reaction as well as strategy and styles of coping stress.

Preliminary requirements: The credit of objects of theoretical psychology, especially with range of personality, the emotion, and individual differences.

Abilities:

EK 4; the student is able to analyse, to epitomize and to present the text from the scope from the industrial psychology and the stress,

EK 5; the student is formulating in the speech and in writing issues from the industrial psychology and the stress,

EK 6; the student is finding and is exploiting reliable sources of information from zakresuz of the industrial psychology and the stress.

Competence:

EK 7; the student is able to plan and to organize the individual work being aimed at carrying the research task out and assimilating contents from the scope from the industrial psychology and the stress,

EK 8; the student actively is becoming involved in a course of had classes participating in discussions, formulating own statements and constructive critical comments.
