The lecture is meant to show the notion of the canonical process of getting dispensation from an incomplete and incomplete marriage, a brief history of the formation of this issue, as well as a detailed process of the process of papal dispensation itself. He will present a broad commentary on the norms of the matrimonial process as well as canon. 1697-1706 KPK determining the course and form of this process.

The lecture is intended to show the canonical process of introducing dispensation from incomplete and incomplete marriage, the brief history of the formation of the issue, the mere determination of the failure of marriage as the very detailed procedure of the process of papal dispensation itself. He will present a broad commentary on the norms of the matrimonial process as well as canon. 1697-1706 KPK determining the course and form of this process. First, the conditions for accepting the request for dispensation and the competence of the diocesan Bishop will be presented, followed by the instructions for such a process to determine the non-compliance, the moral and physical conditions and arguments of the failure and the acquaintance of the parties with the evidence gathered, the attention of the defender of the marriage knot and the vote of the diocesan bishop. Knowledge:

He knows the term and defines what is dispensed from a marriage but is not fulfilled. He can determine the procedure - accepting a request for papal dispensation, instruction of the process (participation of instructor, defender of the marriage node), mere declaration of the failure of marriage (moral and physical argument).

Skills:

Correctly interprets the code of law regarding dispensation from under-married marriage and is able to determine how the process of obtaining dispensation from the marriage is concluded and the deceased marriage. Recognizes the situation in which such process can be carried out. He knows the norms of canon law and the doctrine of demonstrating the possibility of such dispensation. competence:

He understands the situation in which you can apply for dispensation from the marriage concluded and the underpaid. He is able to apply the code norms to a particular marriage situation when he is sure of not having married. He is able to communicate with the environment about the issue of non-marriage

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Positive theoretical and practical knowledge of the problem of dispensation from incomplete and incomplete marriages, the process of trial itself to prove the inaction and knowledge of canon law and their practical application.

Practical placement:

The lecture will cover showing the practical course of such dispensation proceedings from unpaid marriage on the basis of court records.
