Short description:

The lecture is supposed to show what was the law of canon in Poland, how it developed in the established and issued norms by the bishops, the provincial and diocesan synods, and the plenary. He will also have the task of presenting the source of the knowledge of this law, on the basis of which the canon law in Poland was developed and developed, as well as showing the oldest monuments of canonical literature, canonical didactic centers and, above all, the development, development and significance of synodal legislation in Poland. Moreover, to acquaint students with the history of canon law in Poland. Presenting the subject of the history of canon law as a scientific discipline, the outline of the development of canon law in Poland, the sources of canon law in Poland and the legal foundations of canon law law.

To bring closer to the audience the history of canon law in Poland as well as the development of canon law in Poland, the sources of the knowledge of that law, on the basis of which canonical law was developed and developed, as well as showing the oldest monuments of canonical literature, canonical didactic centers and, above all, Development and significance of synodal legislation in Poland. Knowledge:

EK - 1 - student knows basic concepts of what is particular (Polish) canon law and its role, significance and contribution to the life and activity of the Church in Poland;

EK - 2 - student has an extensive knowledge of the origins of church organization in Poland and the development of canon law in Poland;

EK - 3 - student has an established knowledge of the formation of canon law in Poland through provincial and diocesan synodal legislation and various collections and codifications of canon law of Poland arising from the history of the Church in Poland;

EK - 4 - student has knowledge about the most important institutions of canon law in Poland, their development and development, as well as the most important norms of Polish particular law and knowledge and understanding of the role of canon law in shaping legal culture.

Skills:

EK - 5 - student is able to identify, describe and analyze the most important institutions of Polish canonical law in a historical aspect and can use the basic notions of canon law in Poland;

EK - 6 - student formulates canon law in Poland, their formation and development and the issues of Polish synodal law in speech and writing; Has basic research skills, including formulation and analysis of research problems, selection of research methods and tools in the field of canon law in Poland;

EK - 7 - student finds and uses sources of information on the history of canon law in Poland, especially in relation to various collections and codifications of ecclesiastical Polish law; He can use his theoretical knowledge to describe and analyze the processes and legal phenomena taking place in the history of canon law in Poland and to form his own opinions;

EK - 8 - student is able to prepare solidly in Polish language in the field of the history of canon law in Poland, using the sources of this law and their proper interpretation.

Score 2 (ndst) - student does not know basic concepts related to particular (Polish) canon law and its role, importance and contribution to the life and activity of the Church in Poland; He also has minimal basic knowledge about the origins of ecclesiastical organization in Poland and the development of canon law in Poland; There is no orderly knowledge of the formation of canon law in Poland through provincial and diocesan synodal legislation and various collections and codifications of canon law of Poland arising in the history of the Church in Poland; They also do not have minimal basic knowledge about the most important institutions of canon law in Poland, their development and development, as well as the most important norms of Polish particular law, their basic knowledge and importance for the Church in Poland.

Assessment 3 (dst) - the student knows in a limited way the basic concepts relating to the particular (Polish) canon law and its role, meaning and contribution to the life and activity of the Church in Poland; He also has poorly organized knowledge about the origins of the formation of church organization in Poland and the development of canon law in Poland; Has a poorly organized knowledge of the formation of canon law in Poland through provincial and diocesan synodal legislation and various collections and codifications of canon law of Poland arising from the history of the Church in Poland; He also has a very limited knowledge of the major institutions of canon law in Poland, their development and formation, and the most important norms of Polish particular law.

Grade 4 (db) - student knows the basic concepts relating to the particular (Polish) canon law and its role, meaning and contribution to the life and work of the Church in Poland; He also has an average knowledge of the origins of the formation of church organization in Poland and the development of canon law in Poland. Has a good, well-ordered knowledge of the formation of canon law in Poland through provincial and diocesan synodal legislation and various collections and codifications of canon law of Poland arising in the history of the Church in Poland; He also has partial, well-ordered knowledge of the most important institutions of canon law in Poland, their development and development, and the most important norms of Polish particular law.

Assessment 5 (bdb) - student knows very well the basic concepts relating to the particular (Polish) canon law and its role, meaning and contribution to the life and activity of the Church in Poland; He also has a well-rounded understanding of the origins of ecclesiastical organization in Poland and the development of canon law in Poland. Has a very good, well-ordered knowledge of the formation of canon law in Poland through provincial and diocesan synodal legislation and various collections and codifications of canon law of Poland arising in the history of the Church in Poland; He also has complete knowledge of the most important institutions of canon law in Poland, their development and development, and the most important norms of Polish particular law.
