(in Polish) W zakresie wiedzy: EK 1 - student zna podstawowe pojęcia z zakresu kanonicznego procesu spornego EK 2 - student zna podstawowe zagadnienia z zakresu kanonicznego procesu spornego EK 3 - student posiada wiedzę pozwalającą mu na scharakteryzowanie poszczególnych etapów procesu spornego W zakresie umiejętności: EK 4 - student potrafi interpretować przepisy kanonicznego procesu spornego EK 5 - student potrafi formułować zagadnienia dotyczące kanonicznego procesu spornego, jego poszczególnych etapów i przebiegu W zakresie kompetencji: EK 6 - student potrafi zaplanować i zorganizować pracę indywidualną dotyczącą przeprowadzenia zadania badawczego i nabycia treści teoretycznych i praktycznych z zakresu kanonicznego procesu spornego EK 7 - student angażuje się aktywnie podczas prowadzonych zajęć, uczestniczy w dyskusjach, formułuje wypowiedzi oraz krytyczne uwagi ECTS [1 ECTS = 30 (25) godzin] Udział w wykładzie - 30 godz.
