Knowledge: EK1 Graduate knows basic rules of the system of republic of Poland EK2 Graduate has ordered knowledge of issues concerning competences of constitutional government bodies and relations between themselves EK3 Graduate has knowledge about constitutional status of individual in the state Skills: EK4 Graduate can analyse, summarize and present issues concerning hierarchy of general applicable law sources and acts of domestic law EK5 Graduate formulates basic concepts concerning functioning of democratic state of law and civil society orally and in writing EK6 Graduate finds and honestly uses sources and literature in the field of constitutional law Social competences: EK7 Graduate can plan and organize individual work designed to realize research tasks and assimilate contents in the field of constitutional law EK 8 Graduate actively engage in the process of conducted classes taking part in discussion, formulating own statements and constructive criticism.
