Opanowanie przez studenta aparatu pojęciowego, umiejętności analizy tekstów prawnych, słownictwa prawniczego, instytucji prawnych w zakresie alternatywnych form rozwiązywania sporów (szczególnie mediacji i negocjacji).

Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS: (in Polish)

W zakresie wiedzy: EK 1 - student ma uporządkowaną i pogłębioną wiedzę z zakresu prawa alternatywnych form rozwiązywania sporów;

W zakresie umiejętności: EK 2 – student potrafi samodzielnie wykorzystać poznaną wiedzę w zakresie konkretnych stanów faktycznych, jest aktywny w dyskusji tematycznej, przedstawia własną opinię oraz poglądy;

W zakresie kompetencji: EK 3 – student angażuje się w przebieg prowadzonych zajęć, konstruuje także uwagi krytyczne oraz potrafi wypowiadać się w zakresie analizowanych stanów faktycznych.
