Short description:

Under the supervision of a tutor, the student performs scientific research, which together with the critical description of the subject literature and his (her) own conclusions resulting from the research, is presented in the BSc thesis.

Full description:

Under the supervision of a research supervisor, the student performs scientific research, which together with the critical description of the subject literature and his (her) own conclusions resulting from the research, is presented in the B.Sc. thesis. During the academic year, the student delivers three seminars anonymously evaluated by students and academic teachers. Two seminars are thematically related to the BSc thesis and the third covers the issue of contemporary chemistry chosen by the student.

Bibliography:

The bachelor's thesis literature includes monograph books as well as original and review scientific publications on chemistry indicated by the research supervisor.

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

The condition for getting credit for the Preparation of the Diploma Thesis is getting credit for the Bachelor's Laboratory and submitting to the Dean's office the Bachelor's thesis, accepted by the tutor, after a positive anti-plagiarism check, with two positive reviews.
