Short description:

The lecture presents the basic issues related to the administrative procedure in environmental protection. It indicates the forms and methods of regulation which are to ensure the proper condition of the elements of environmental protection. Particular attention was paid to presenting the mechanisms of applying environmental protection law in practice.

Full description:

The aim of the lecture is to indicate the legal forms of administration activities used by authorities in the field of environmental law.

The aim of the course is to discuss and analyze the administrative procedure based on the provisions of the Act of June 14, 1960, Code of Administrative Procedure.

General principles of the Code of Administrative Procedure, the concept of a party, a representative of a party's proxy and the role of an authority will be discussed. The stages of the procedure leading to the issuance of the administrative decision will be presented. Elements of the administrative decision will be analyzed.

2. Has the knowledge to characterize administrative procedures and knowledge of the rules of administrative procedure

3. Has knowledge of the various stages of the administrative procedure

B. Skills

4. Interprets legal acts and draws correct conclusions based on them (identifies, searches for legal acts and correctly interprets regulations)

5. Can indicate the various stages of the administrative procedure

C. Competence

6. Is aware of the importance of administrative procedure for environmental protection

7. Can work individually, demonstrating initiative and independence in actions and effectively cooperate in teamwork, performing various roles in it

4. Cannot interpret legal acts and draw correct conclusions based on them
