Short description:	The purpose of the course is: to develop appropriate research tools and techniques, based on the previous methodology of our own research; On the selected site, carry out research on a fixed test group using the tools prepared and with the appropriate rules.
Full description:	General methodological and substantive ethical requirements for the implementation of educational research in the selected area. Discuss possibilities and characteristics of different methods, techniques and research tools to investigate the phenomenon / process on the selected area and the study group. Principles of development of the necessary research tools (questionnaire, interview sheet, observation sheet, sheet available for the analysis of documents). Create your own research tools that would address research problems identified in the work, and to verification hypotheses. Analysis of consistency of selected elements previously developed methodological concept of own research (research problems, variables and indicators) of the prepared research tools. Implementation of the test procedure for the selected area and the group of respondents. Fixation test results and their preparation for analysis and interpretation.
Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:	Educational outcomes: In the field of knowledge: EK W_01 has specialized expertise in the diagnosis of major problems in a variety of settings, including the family, care and education institutions In skills: EK U_01- student assigns appropriate research tools to solve research problems EK U-02 - student finds the appropriate research area and selects the appropriate test group (populations); EK U_03 - student organizes the research process of a selected population using developed research tools and ethical requirements. In the field of attitudes: EK K_01 - student is responsible for his / her own preparation for work, decisions and actions and their effects. Description of credits: {1 ECTS = 30 (25 hrs.)} Participation in classes - 30 hours. Independent development of literature - 90 hours. Preparation of the project part of the thesis - 30 hours. Sum of hours. = 150 Number of ECTS = 5.
