  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;

  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;

Preliminary Requirements:

Preliminary requirements associated with the subject: Student has basic knowledge about modern labour market and flexible employment model; is able to make use of main theoretical expressions describing „new” professional competences and abilities; He/She shows activity towards self-education and self-employment.

Short description:

The aim of the subject is to acquaint Students with selected problems of individual entrepreneurship and expand skills that are necessary to search and develop entrepreneurial potential, as well as stimulate Students (future pedagogues, teachers, guidance counselors, coworkers, entrepreneurs) to build the workshop and taking up professional/pedagogical challenges.

Full description:

The content of conversation classes (with activating elements) will cover the following problems:

1. The properties of the flexible, variable model employment (1h);

2. Self-employment as a way to make use of entrepreneurial capacities (1h);

3. Entrepreneurship as a complex, life competence in the views of young employers and workers. Promoting individual entrepreneurship – examples of good practices (6h).

4. Perspectives for the development of entrepreneurial potential among pedagogues (4h);

5. “New” spaces for work, education, self-realization (3h).

KNOWLEDGE/WIEDZA:

EW1 Student has well arranged knowledge about the goals, organization and functioning of labour market institutions and institutions realizing the scope of continuing vocational education.

SKILLS/UMIEJĘTNOŚCI:

EU1 Student has abilities to search, name and register information on educational, professional and social problems;

EU2 Student is able to cooperate with others, work in a team, update and exchange professional and educational information;

EU3 Student receives knowledge and skills on human (employee) development, especially in terms of predicting professional usefulness.

COMPETENCIES/KOMPETENCJE:

EK1 Student realizes the need for continuing personal and professional development within his/her specialization and building the workshop.

- Study project: original concept, solution regarding the individual entrepreneurship

Students must attend at least 80% of classes to pass the course.
