Short description: (in Polish)

A person who develops deep competences tries to resist social trends imposed by the force of economic pressure. Deep competences, understood as the ability to reach for one's own existential resources (including the awareness of fallen nature and a sense of guilt), allow one to distance oneself both from the changing reality (instrumentalism and economization) and from the culturally growing pressure of self-esteem.

Thanks to this, deep competences balance the dominance of efficiency and effectiveness, which has become a determinant of social and key competences, enriching the repertoire of human thoughts and reactions with acts of giving up oneself and one's own success (as the alleged and only determinants of a modern European). Deep competences derive from the rich achievements of Karol Wojtyła's thoughts and Polish personalism.
