Programme/educational objectives

-Learning pedagogy of work - its pedigree, the test subject and its relationship to science pedagogy and place in the structure of science teaching;

- Understanding the basic concepts of work and understanding of the pedagogy of their role in explaining the changes and transformations of life, economic and educational;

- Understanding the structure of trade problem areas of pedagogy work for human development;

- Searching for the main associations of research work to basic education axiological categories, including ethical;

- Understanding the workplace as a place work contacts, but also as a place of further education.

Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:

has profound knowledge on human development – in terms of his/her life cycle, both in biological, psychological and social aspects – which is indispensible to diagnose and predict professional usefulness based on the basis of measurement technologies

has elementary knowledge on different types of social structures and social institutions, and their corresponding relationships. He/she also receives competencies of human resources management.

can make use of main theoretical expressions in order to analyze, intepret and design strategies of pedagogical activities

has aware of his/her level of skills and knowledge, he/she understands the need for continuous professional education and personal development, he/she is able to perform self-assessment of own competencies and develops his/her abilities, marks out directions towards development and education and shows the client the opportunities of career development through the entire life.
