  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

Skrócony opis:

The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with selected problems of modern labour pedagogy and develop skills that are necessary to register and monitor those problems, as well as stimulate students to trigger their personal and professional development.

Preliminary requirements associated with conducting the subject:

Student has basic knowledge about education and labour market and is able to make use of main theoretical expressions describing developmental abilities of adults; he/she shows activity towards self-education.

Scope of subjects:

1. Basic categories of labour pedagogy – human labour, qualifications and professional competencies, profession (2h);

2. Transformations in type, content and organization of work. Flexibility as new structural quality (3h);

3. Educational activity in the context of the flexible employment model-new challenges (4h);

4. School and non-school system of vocational education vs. expectations of employee (4h);

5. Models of the course of professional career development. Educational aspects influencing managing one’s career (2h).

Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:

KNOWLEDGE:

Student receives profound knowledge on human development, especially in terms of predicting professional usefulness and modern educational systems, advisory activities for people who need support in dealing with adult life problems;

Student has well arranged knowledge about the goals, organization and functioning of labour market institutions and institutions realizing the scope of continuing vocational education;

SKILLS:

Student has profound abilities to observe, search, name, register and monitor information on educational and social problems;

Student is able to cooperate with others, work in a team;

COMPETENCIES:

Student acquires profound awareness of his/her knowledge and skills and realizes the need for continuing personal and professional development within his/her specialization;

Student is convinced that it is preferred and necessary to conduct professionally and follow the principles of professional ethics, self-development, undertaking various roles regarding the labour market and education facilities, including these for adults.
