The aim of the lecture is to show that Christianity as a religion and as a doctrinal system was essential in building the shape of modern culture. Student, referring to the documents of the Church should be able to justify the presence of Christians in various sectors of life, including in the educational and pedagogical ground. Referring to the Christian concept of man as a person, the student should be able to indicate its importance for the full (integral) human development. |

Knowledge: Student after completing elementary lecture knows the terminology used in the pedagogy of Christian inspiration and understand its source. He can point out that Christianity as a religion and as a doctrinal system played an important role in building the shape of modern culture. Skills: Student, referring to the documents of the Church can justify the presence of Christians in various sectors of life, including on the basis of education and pedagogy. He has the ability to present their own views. Social competences: Referring to the Christian concept of man as a person perceives and formulate moral problems and ethical dilemmas associated with complete (integral) human development. Believes about the meaning, value, and need to take action in the social teaching. Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
A written test consisting of ten open questions. The maximum number of points to reach is ten. Scoring – rating: 10-9 = 5.0 8 = 4.5 7 = 4.0 6 = 3.5 5 = 3.0 - To evaluate 2: Student is not able to provide sources of pedagogy of Christian inspiration and the basic documents of the Church on education; - The assessment of 3: student can present an elementary terminology used in pedagogy of Christian inspiration, can present and formulate fundamental moral problems and ethical dilemmas associated with complete (integral) human development and indicate the basic documents of the Church on the education of youth; - To evaluate 4: presents a structured knowledge about Christianity as a religion and as a doctrinal system, which played an important role in building the shape of modern education and culture; - The rating of 5: referring to the Christian concept of man as a person, is able to present and formulate fundamental moral problems and ethical dilemmas associated with complete (integral) human development and an important place of Christian inspiration in contemporary education and culture. |
