  • the annual hourly workload of the student’s work required to achieve the expected learning outcomes for a given stage is 1500-1800h, corresponding to 60 ECTS;
  • the student’s weekly hourly workload is 45 h;
  • 1 ECTS point corresponds to 25-30 hours of student work needed to achieve the assumed learning outcomes;
  • weekly student workload necessary to achieve the assumed learning outcomes allows to obtain 1.5 ECTS;

Short description:

Attainment target (effects of the education): the Student is able to exchange and to characterize definitions and institutions of the criminal law. The student is able to use around matriałów source- from the scope of the financial criminal law, and also has the ability of solving and creating cases. Preliminary requirements: having by the student the act- the penal code from 1997 r.

Topics and contents of the seminar: preliminary Issues (comprehending the criminal law, functions and principles of the criminal law, issues of the criminalization, the penal act and for her applying); Theory about the offence (general comprehending the offence, structure of the offence- side subjectively- object of offence, forms of the criminal act); Kontratypy; excluding the guilt; Theory about the penalty, centres of penalties and protective measures (comprehending the penalty, system of penalties, punitive means, ceasing to punish the perpetrator, court sentencing, change of the stated penalty, protective measures, prescription, spent conviction); Discussing individual types przestepstw (przestepstwa against the life, for health, przestepstwa against the family and the care). Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:

Knowledge:

EK 1 - the Student is reconstructing the knowledge about the object, the scope and the terminology in the area of rehabilitation pedagogy

EK 2 - he is characteristic of a knowledge about the place of rehabilitation pedagogy in the system of sciences and their connections with other fields of study as well as can indicate interdisciplinary character of rehabilitation pedagogy

EK 3 - the Student is able to exchange and to be characteristic of institutions of the criminal law described on classes, as well as can point and describe crucial provisions of the penal code

Abilities:

EK 4 - is using the ability of applying and inerpretowania of provisions in law in the occupational activity

EK 5 - on completion of course is able to work in a team performing different roles; can accept and assign tasks

Competence:

EK 6 - on completion of course the student is willing for constant training oneself professional and of personal development, and is also able to make the self-assessment of own competence and to improve the ability
