Short description:

Art education and art education defined in the goals, tasks and content of the curriculum are the basic elements of aesthetic education and education.

In the implementation of upbringing / art / art education, the main goals can be selected:

- developing creative imagination, necessary in the process of artistic creation;

- developing knowledge about formal means in art;

- developing knowledge about art techniques;

- shaping plastic culture through contact with products / works of art and their interpretation.

Full description:

Methodological classes are devoted to defining the goals, tasks and content of fine arts and art education and their implementation in practical activities. Moreover, they help to develop students' knowledge of formal means and art techniques constituting the essence of preschool and early school art classes. Classes are also devoted to shaping the students' skills in terms of defining and implementing forms, methods, techniques and tools of artistic work.

Through the individual design of preschool and school classes in the field of art, appropriate conditions for observation, visual reception, contemplation are ensured, so as to then be able to conduct a discussion about the products made.

- the student has the ability to prepare / conduct art classes with a child in preschool / early school age, in accordance with the current requirements of art education / art education; is able to construct a creative (plastic) didactic tool to work with a child in preschool or early school age.

Competences:

- the student is sensitive and committed to working with the child in the field of designed / conducted art classes, shaping his attitude towards art.

- the student has knowledge of art and artistic activity of a child in preschool and school education (in grades 1-3);

- with a grade of 3.0 - the student explains the issue of fine arts and artistic activity of the child in preschool and school education (in grades 1-3): gives the basic tasks and goals of this upbringing and education, and knows the basic formal measures in artistic activity;

- with a grade of 3.5 - the student explains the issue of fine arts and artistic activity of the child in preschool and school education (in grades 1-3): independently distinguishes between the tasks and goals of this upbringing and education and knows the basic formal measures in artistic activity;

- with a grade of 4.0 - the student explains the issue of plastic arts and artistic activity of the child in preschool and school education (in grades 1-3): independently distinguishes the tasks and goals of this upbringing and education, knows the basic formal measures in plastic activity and explains them and describes;

- with a grade of 4.5 - the student explains the issue of visual arts and artistic activity of a child in preschool and school education (in grades 1-3): independently distinguishes between the tasks and goals of this upbringing and education, knows the complex formal measures in artistic activity and explains them and describes, explains the differentiation theory used in the theory, referring to the indicated literature, gives relevant examples;

- with a grade of 5.0 - the student explains the issue of fine arts and artistic activity of the child in preschool and school education (in grades 1-3): independently distinguishes the tasks and goals of this upbringing and education, knows the complex formal measures in plastic activity and explains them and describes; explains the distinctions used in the theory, referring to the indicated and selected literature, gives relevant examples, making interesting comparisons.

- for the grade 4.5 - the student is able to construct a general and detailed plan of didactic and educational activity in the field of artistic activity, taking into account the development of the child's / student's creativity, choosing the forms of classes, varied or combined art techniques, materials and tools and formulating its general and operational goals; makes comparisons referring to the indicated, obligatory literature on the subject, as well as to independently selected and selected scientific sources;

- with a grade of 5.0 - the student is able to construct a general and detailed plan of didactic and educational activity in the field of artistic activity, taking into account the development of the child's / student's creativity, choosing the forms of classes, varied or combined and original art techniques, materials and tools and formulating its general goals and operational ;; makes comparisons referring to the indicated, obligatory literature on the subject, as well as to independently selected and selected scientific sources; performs a reliable evaluation of the constructed goals.

- for the grade 3.5 - the student is able to independently prepare a general and detailed scenario of art classes; is able to construct a basic creative (plastic) teaching tool to work with an early school-age child and in an inaccurate way presents and discusses it on the forum;

- for the grade 4.0 - the student is able to independently prepare a general and detailed scenario of art classes; is able to construct a complex creative (plastic) didactic tool for work with an early school age child and is able to reliably present and discuss it on the forum;

- for the grade 4.5 - the student is able to independently prepare a general and detailed scenario of art classes; skilfully uses didactic aids and efficiently uses formal means in working with a child / student; is able to construct an original, interesting and complex creative (plastic) didactic tool for work with an early school-age child and is able to reliably present and discuss it on the forum;

- for the grade 5.0 - the student is able to independently prepare a general and detailed scenario of art classes; skilfully uses didactic aids and efficiently uses formal means in working with children; is able to construct an original, interesting and complex creative (plastic) didactic tool for work with an early school-age child and is able to reliably present and discuss it on the forum; proposes modifications to the presented didactic tool.

- for a grade of 3.0 - the student is sensitive, low involvement and a low level of own activity in working with the child / student in the field of designed / conducted art classes;

- for a grade of 3.5 - the student is sensitive, has an average level of commitment and an average level of own activity in working with a child / student in the scope of the designed / conducted art classes;

- with a grade of 4.0 - the student is characterized by sensitivity, great commitment and a high level of own activity in working with the child / student in the field of designed / conducted art classes;

- with a grade of 4.5 - the student is sensitive, highly committed and has a high level of self-activity in working with a child / student in the scope of the designed / conducted art classes; systematically and effectively arouses the interest of the recipient with the various stages of artistic activity;

- with a grade of 5.0 - the student is sensitive, highly committed and has a high level of self-activity in working with a child / student in the field of designed / conducted art classes; systematically and effectively arouses the interest of the recipient with the various stages of artistic activity; sees the value of art in working with children.

The final grade consists of:

1. attendance at classes - 2 absences are allowed. Each excessive absence results in the Student making up teaching hours, i.e. the Student completing the material designated by the instructor in the form of an oral test;

2. developing and presenting a creative (artistic) teaching tool for working with early school-age children, along with the concept of art classes inspired by this teaching tool;

3. substantive and methodological preparation;

4. technical preparation for individual classes (particular emphasis is placed on the student having art supplies and aids) as well as activity during classes and an attitude of commitment.
