Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:

Has basic knowledge about human development in a circle of life in biological, psychological as well as social aspect which is needed to diagnose and predict professional utility on the basis of the measurement technology. H1A_W04,S1A_W05;

Has elementary knowledge concerning the processes of interpersonal and social communication; their correctness and disruptions; is prepared to pro-social activity, occupational self-improvement and taking on leadership roles in institutions related with job market and pedagogical entities. S1A_W05,S1A_W09;

Is able to acquire knowledge and develop professional capabilities individually, using different sources (in native and foreign language) and information and communication technologies (ICT); is able to use information technologies to actualize and exchange occupational and educational information. H1A_U01,H1A_U03, H1A_U;

Is able to to communicate precisely and coherently both orally and in writing on subjects concerning chosen pedagogical issues; using different theoretical formulations, benefits from the achievements of pedagogy as well as another disciplines; has ability to diagnose and analyse the labour market in Poland, European Union and the rest of the world. Is aware of acquired knowledge and skills, understands the need of continuous occupational education and personal development, makes self-assessment of acquired competencies, masters his/her skills, defines the directions of further development and education, advising client on the possibilities of lifelong development of professional career H1A_K01, H1A_K04, S1A_K02;

Is prepared to active participation in groups, organisations and institutions realising pedagogical activities and able to communicate with people who are and who are not specialists in in a particular area of knowledge; is prepared to co-operation with the institutions of labour market – authorities, enterprises, educational institutions, headhunter agencies. 1.The contact hours: the lectures - 15 h.

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Introductory lecture illustrated by presentations,

workshops.

Project , Passing with degree the project (80 %) , the task team with individual control performance (20 %).

- Satisfactory grade / 3,0 / - learning outcomes covered by the card object , the student learns the knowledge and skills at the elementary level . Shows a lack of independence in performing tasks , requires the support of teachers in mastering the material. No full attendance at classes .

- An assessment of more than sufficient / 3.5 / - learning outcomes covered by the card object , a student ran knowledge skills at the elementary level . Has low self-reliance in performing the tasks, requires the support of teachers in mastering the material.

- An assessment of good / 4,0 / - learning outcomes covered by the card object , a student recognized independence in the development tasks. Requires consultation in the preparation of project

- An assessment of more than a good / 4,5 / - learning outcomes covered by the card, the subject , the student demonstrates the independence of the development tasks. Exhibits its own initiative in acquiring knowledge and skills. Able to formulate simple and courts The views in terms of the issues discussed .

- Very good / 5,0 / - learning outcomes covered by the card, the subject , the student demonstrates the independence and strong commitment to the tasks . Take an extra activity on its own initiative to deepen their knowledge and skills. Able to transmit this knowledge , share it with others. Formulate their own opinions and judgments with regard to the issues discussed - based on acquired knowledge.
