The course aims to acquaint students with alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in administration. The practical utilization of ADR in the functioning of administrative agencies and courts is highlighted.

Student:

AD1_U01: is able to interpret social/legal phenomena within the scope relevant to administrative law and explain mutual relations between them

AD1_U02: is able to apply theoretical knowledge within the scope relevant to administrative law and critically select research methods and data to analyse the course of social phenomena

AD1_U03: can analyse social processes through the prism of administrative law; can formulate simple research hypotheses and verify them

AD1_U04: is able to use methods and tools specific to the study of administrative law to make predictions and analyse cultural/political/legal/social/economic phenomena; is able to create models of complex social life processes

AD1_U05: is able to apply legal regulations and other rules/procedures proficiently to solve a specific problem in the field of administrative law; is able to use the available procedures in this respect

AD1_U06: is able to understand and analyse social phenomena through the prism of administrative law, using appropriate research methods

AD1_U07: is able to prepare a project of a normative act and an act of law application, concerning administrative law, within the scope of the subjects included in the programme of study

AD1_U08: is able to collect data concerning an analysed problem in order to justify his/her actions and decisions; is able to prepare documents and written works in Polish concerning administrative law

AD1_U09: is able to collect data concerning an analysed problem in order to justify actions and decisions; is able to present knowledge on administrative law orally in Polish

Assessment:

AD1_U01:

2 - The student is unable to interpret social/legal phenomena within the appropriate scope of administrative law and explain their mutual relations. 3, 3+

- The student can only explain social/legal phenomena within the relevant scope of administrative law to a basic extent and their mutual relations.

4, 4+ - It is expected that students can correctly interpret social and legal phenomena within the typical scope of administrative law, and

explain their mutual relationships, while achieving a grade of 5 requires accurate interpretation of social and legal phenomena within the scope relevant to administrative law, and the ability to explain their mutual relationships.

AD1_U02:

2 - The student lacks the ability to apply theoretical knowledge within the appropriate scope of administrative law and to critically select research methods and data for analyzing societal trends.

3, 3+ - The student can apply theoretical knowledge within a basic level of relevancy to administrative law and can critically select research methods and data for analyzing societal trends.

4, 4+ - The student demonstrates proficiency in applying theoretical knowledge within the appropriate scope of administrative law, as well as critical selection of research methods and data for analysing social phenomena.

A grade of 5 indicates that the student can competently and independently apply relevant theoretical knowledge specific to administrative law, critically select research methods and data, and analyse the progression of social phenomena.

AD1_U03.

2 - The student is unable to analyse social processes through the prism of administrative law and cannot formulate or verify simple research hypotheses.

3, 3+ - The

student has a basic ability to analyse social processes through the prism of administrative law, formulate simple research hypotheses, and verify them.

4, 4+ - The student has the ability to analyse social processes through the perspective of administrative law.

They are able to formulate basic research hypotheses and test them. 5 - The student can accurately and effortlessly analyse social processes through the lens of administrative law. They can formulate straightforward research hypotheses and effectively test them.

AD1_U04:

2 - the student is not able to use the methods and tools appropriate to the science of administrative law to present forecasts and analyse cultural/political/legal/social/economic phenomena; he/she is not able to create models of complex processes of social life

3,3+ - the student is able to use methods and tools typical for the science of administrative law to present prognoses and analyse cultural/political/legal/social/economic phenomena only to a basic degree; he/she is able to create models of complex social life processes

4,4+ - the student is able to accurately use the methods and tools specific to the study of administrative law to present prognoses and analyse cultural/political/legal/social/economic phenomena; he/she is able to create models of complex social life processes

5 - the student is able to use methods and tools typical for the science of administrative law to present prognoses and analyse cultural/political/legal/social/economic phenomena; he/she is able to create models of complex processes of social life

AD1_U05:

2 - student is not able to apply legal regulations and other rules/procedures proficiently to solve a specific problem in the field of administrative law; does not know how to use available procedures in this field

3, 3+ - the student is able to apply legal regulations and other rules/procedures to solve a specific problem within a scope relevant for administrative law only to a basic degree; he/she is able to use the available procedures in this respect

4, 4+ - the student is able to apply legal regulations and other rules/procedures proficiently to solve a specific problem within a range relevant for administrative law; he/she is able to use the available procedures in this respect

5 - the student is able to apply legal provisions and other rules/procedures very proficiently and freely to solve a specific problem within the scope relevant to administrative law; is able to use the available procedures in this respect

AD1_U06:

2 - the student does not understand and is able to analyse social phenomena through the prism of administrative law, using appropriate research methods

3, 3+ - the student is able to understand and analyse social phenomena through the prism of administrative law, using adequate research methods only to a basic degree

4, 4+ - the student is able to understand and analyse social phenomena through the prism of administrative law, using adequate research methods

5 - the student can aptly understand and proficiently and freely analyse social phenomena through the prism of administrative law, using appropriate research methods

AD1_U07:

2 - the student is not able to draft a normative act and an act of law application, concerning administrative law, within the scope of the subjects in the study programme

3, 3+ - he/she is able to prepare a project of an normative act and an act of law application concerning administrative law within the scope of the studies programme only with considerable help

4, 4+ - the student is able to prepare a project of a normative act and an act of law application concerning administrative law within the range of subjects included in the programme of studies.

5 - he/she can independently and with great proficiency draft a normative act and an act of law application, concerning administrative law, within the scope of the subjects in the study programme

AD1_U08:
