Short description:	Limited-access elective The aim of the seminar is to help students to write thesis which has proper form and content. During the seminar participants present their studies on topics that cover their thesis subject.
Full description:	Determined with respect to subject matter of students’ thesis. Under Professor’s guidance students write their thesis and present papers on set topics. To get a pass, student has to attend seminars and prepare next chapters of their thesis according to agreed schedule.
Bibliography:	Professional literature is recommended individually with respect to chosen subject of thesis.
Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:	(in Polish) 1. Posiada umiejętność poprawnego formułowania problemów badawczych i ich rozwiązywania. 2. Posiada zdolność stosowania adekwatnych do przedmiotu badań metod badawczych. 3. Posiada zdolność logicznego prowadzenia wywodu, posługiwania się językiem prawnym, prawniczym i technicznym oraz znajdowania i właściwego korzystania z materiałów źródłowych. 4. Potrafi przygotować pracę magisterską od strony technicznej, wykorzystując edytory tekstu oraz sporządzić bibliografię i aparat naukowy. 5. Rozumie potrzebę etycznego postępowania w toku swojej pracy badawczej. ECTS Udział w seminarium: 30 h Przygotowanie pracy: 50 h Literatura: 20 h Liczba ECTS 100h/25 h = 4 ECTS
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	(in Polish) Metody dydaktyczne: zajęcia dydaktyczne przeprowadza się w ramach kontaktu synchronicznego, w którym studenci oraz prowadzący zajęcia uczestniczą w seminariach realizowanych za pośrednictwem aplikacji Microsoft Teams. Materiały z zajęć udostępniane są także za pomocą uczelnianej platformy Moodle.
