Full description:

The purpose of the seminar is to consolidate and supplement the knowledge of participants in the field of broadly understood civil law, as well as to help in the preparation of a master's disertation on a selected issue in the indicated thematic area. Classes are addressed to students interested in civil law issues and possessing relevant knowledge on the indicated branch of law.

EK1 - knows the concepts of administration science and its role in the science system and

relations to civil law

EK2 - knows the relations between social structures and institutions on the national and international level in the context of the application of civil law, administration and the regularities governing them

EK3 - knows the status of an individual and his activity in the sphere

civil law in the national and international context

EK4 - knows the methods, procedures and tools, including data acquisition techniques

appropriate for civil law

EK5 - knows the standards, legal / administrative / economic / ethical /

moral organizing and governing social structures and institutions

regularities and their sources, character, genesis and functioning

EK6 - knows the impact of legal / administrative norms on the processes of structural changes

and social institutions and their components

EK7 - can interpret social / legal phenomena in the appropriate scope

for the administrative sciences and to explain the interrelationship between them

Ek8 - can apply theoretical knowledge in the field of law / administration /

economics and critically select research methods and data for

analyzing the course of social phenomena

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

The condition of passing the course is submission of the MA thesis prepared by the student and approved by the supervisor, as well as good knowledge of issues from the general part of civil law and its part related to the subject of the thesis confirmed with passing the grade
