Short description:

The aim of the course is to analyze the legal basis of electronic public services.

The lecture presents the legal foundations of information issues, public tasks in the field of computerization, legal problems of public information resources - register and non-register, making public information available and its re-use. Students gain knowledge about electronic identification and trust services - including electronic signatures and their legal consequences, as well as the use of electronic documents. They also gain knowledge of legal, organizational and technical aspects of interoperability and cyber security relevant to electronic public services.

The graduate knows and understands: terminology in the field of IT law, electronic administration and electronic public services; lists the legal bases and procedures related to electronic public services; has in-depth knowledge of the juridization of information issues, computer science in the legal system and public tasks in the field of computerization (reference to learning outcomes at level 7 of PQF - P7U_W P7S_WG P7S_WK).

AD2_W04. The graduate knows and understands: the status of the individual and his activity in the sphere of law and administration (reference to learning outcomes at level 7 PQF - P7U_W P7S_WG P7S_WK).

AD2_W02. The student knows and understands: terminology in the field of IT law, electronic administration and electronic public services; lists the legal bases and procedures related to electronic public services; has in-depth knowledge of juridization of information issues, computer science in the legal system and public tasks in the field of computerization - verification in the form of a single-choice test.

AD2_W04. The student knows and understands: the status of the individual and his activity in the sphere of law and administration - verification in the form - verification in the form of a single-choice test.

For the grade 2: the student does not know terminology in the field of IT law, electronic administration and electronic public services; it does not mention the legal basis and procedures related to electronic public services; does not have knowledge in the field of juridization of information issues, computer science in the legal system and public tasks in the field of computerization

The student does not know and understand the status of an individual and his activity in the field of law and administration.

For the grade 3, 3.5: the student knows only the basic terminology of IT law, electronic administration and electronic public services; lists the few legal bases and procedures related to electronic public services; does not have in-depth knowledge of the juridization of information issues, IT in the legal system and public tasks in the field of computerization.

The student knows and understands only the basic status of the individual and his activity in the sphere of law and administration.
