Student ma umiejętności pozwalające na przeprowadzenie: analizy poszczególnych czynności w ramach danego procesu biznesowego; identyfikuje przebieg procesu; porównuje i proponuje optymalne rozwiązanie z punktu widzenia danego podmiotu gospodarczego; weryfikuje i poddaje krytyce przedstawione niezbędne elementy dokumentacji procesowej (instrukcje stanowiskowe, procedury, procesy oraz mapy przebiegu procesów biznesowych)
