Short description:

Students will learn the basics of international investment law. Special emphasis is placed on investment arbitration mechanisms.

Full description:

During the classes, students learn the basics of international investment law (typical content of BITs, IIAs, FTAs). Particular emphasis will be placed on the mechanisms of investment arbitration, including the need for its reform (works of UNCITRAL Working Group III).
