Short description: |
The subject of the subject is the law and customs prevailing in ancient Rome during the republic and principals. In the field of law, issues relating mainly to marriage and family law will be discussed. In the field of public law, legal regulations concerning selected officials and priests will be discussed. Issues related to decency will be discussed concerning the customs of the Romans, culture and beliefs. Problems in preventing indecency will also be presented. |

Evaluation criteria Knowledge AD2_W02 on the mark 2 - the student does not know and understand the terminology related to the issues covered by the studies; does not know the procedure for actions taken in the field of law and administration science; has no knowledge of the laws and customs of the ancient Romans on the mark 3 - the student knows and understands the terminology of the issues being the subject of studies at a basic level; lists the basic procedures for activities in the field of law and administration science; has a basic knowledge of the laws and customs of the ancient Romans on the mark 4 - the student knows well and understands the terminology of the issues covered by the studies; lists the procedures for actions taken in the field of law and administration science; has a good knowledge of the laws and customs of the ancient Romans on the mark 5 - the student knows and understands the terminology very well in the field of issues being the subject of studies; freely lists the procedures for activities in the field of law and administration science; has in-depth knowledge of the laws and customs of the ancient Romans.
