The monograph aims to familiarize students with the specificity of the private banking service, as well as with legal problems that may arise during its provision.

Full description:

1. Private banking - characteristics.

2. Private banking services.

3. History of private banking in Poland and in the world.

4. Legal grounds for the provision of private banking services by banks.

5. Relationship between the client and the advisor delegated to service him; the advisor's responsibility.

6. Irregularities in the provision of private banking services.

7. Identification of legal gaps in the Polish legal system regarding the provision of private banking services and an attempt to formulate de lege ferenda postulates.

AD2_W06, The student knows and understands the norms, legal / administrative / economic / ethical / moral rules that organize the structures and institutions of Private Banking and the regularities that govern them, and their sources, nature, genesis and functioning.

AD2_U05, The student is able to fluently apply legal regulations and other rules / procedures to solve a specific problem in the field of Private Banking; knows how to use the available procedures in this area.

AD2_U09, The student is able to collect data on the analyzed problem in order to justify the actions and decisions taken; can present orally in a foreign language knowledge of Private Banking.

AD2_U10, The student is able to use a foreign language in accordance with the requirements specified for the B2 + level of the European System for the Description of Languages ​​Education, and in particular: is able to communicate fluently and spontaneously, using various communication channels and techniques to the extent enabling a relatively free conversation with foreigners on general topics and related to Private Banking.
