Short description:

School of German law and Germany's foreign policy is to deepen knowledge of the three divisions: the State (and), the human (II) and (III) economy.

Full description:

We would like to inform you that the WPiA under international law, EU law and the Institute of international relations, a school of German law and the German foreign policy. The aim of the project is to broaden the educational offer of activities that provide in-depth knowledge of the law of foreign countries and their foreign policy. In the classes participate can students of law, administration and international relations, but also the WPiA other orientations on UKSW (political science, economics, students from other departments than the WPiA are kindly requested to inform the reporting to the Dean of international relations). Students bring in fees not UKSW school. In the framework of the activities will be carried out three thematic blocks: block and is a country (20 h), block II-human (20 h), block III economy (20 h). In total, the School will be carried out 60 h lecture. Classes will be held within the following time limits: 18.-20. March, 9th-10th April and 7.-8. may 2015. Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:

EK 1 has the ability to: independent use of the rules of logical reasoning, interpret contemporary legal texts or legal events and use the theoretical knowledge with the public law for analysis and solutions to specific legal matters, as well as for the analysis of legal standards above. the right to shape the causes and course of the social phenomena. EK 2 is the ability to use the theoretical knowledge with the public law to address specific legal issues, analysis of legal standards above. the right to shape the causes and course of the social phenomena and associate knowledge with ww. law of explanation and evaluation of contemporary phenomena of economic, cultural and social developments in Poland and all over the world EK 3 can create written work in the field of public law (legal analyses) and interpret legal issues; and the preparation of oral instances (using legal arguments) with regard to the presentation of legal issues. EK 4 understands the need for continuous replenishment of and improve your knowledge of the institutions and public law standards, including track changes in normative acts, case-law and section 19(1) the doctrine and is prepared to undertake a study of the third degree (doctoral) EK 5 is able to interact and work in a group, taking in the various roles and participate in preparation of projects of society, having regard to the legal aspects and properly determine priorities in specific legal actionundertaken by itself or in the description of the ECTS in the lecture in German: 60 = 240 h Reading Literature set: 120 h exam preparation: 40 h Total: 400 h number of ECTS points: 400: 25 = 16 ECTS

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Teaching method lecture is combined with us direct activity of the students, aimed at the solution of theoretical or practical problems. The lecture is a dialogue between teacher and students, who have to make a legal analysis of problems shown in the lecturer's issues and represent its solution. Fellow initiates discussions problem. The effects in the area of knowledge are achieved by a speech problem, discussions, written work (analysis indicated by lecturer issues). To fail the exam: does not have the skills identified in the EK 1-5; on the rated available: has the basic skills indicated in the EK 1-5 on the rated good: has the skills indicated in the EK 1-5 to assess the VG: has full skills indicated in the EK 1-5
