Short description:	The aim of the course it to discuss selected cases settled by the Court of Justice of the EU, in which Poland took part as an applicant or a defendant. Additionally, preliminary rulings in response to requests submitted by Polish courts can be considered. The list of judgements shall be proposed by the tutor, having regard to their importance and topicality. It is susceptible to be modified according to students’ interests and current events.
