Short description:

The course concentrates on selected European Union legal instruments and policy to regulate electronic commerce. Both existing legislation and newly introduced legislation that is not yet in force will be discussed. The course will focus in particular on the changes introduced by the Digital Services Act and the Digital Markets Act.

The course will focus in particular on the changes introduced by the Digital Services Act and the Digital Markets Act.
