Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:	(in Polish) Uczestnik zajęć: Zna podstawowe zasady i pojęcia prawa własności przemysłowej i intelektualnej przez pryzmat regulacji międzynarodowych. Umie wykorzystywać wiedzę teoretycznej z zakresu prawa własności intelektualnej do opisu, analizy i rozwiązywania konkretnych spraw prawnych.
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	(in Polish) Metody dydaktyczne: - wykład informacyjny - wykład problemowy Sposobem weryfikacji wiedzy jest egzamin pisemny. Student: Na ocenę 2: nie zna specyfiki poszczególnych praw własności intelektualnej, nie potrafi zidentyfikować zagadnień prawnych w obszarze ochrony dóbr niematerialnych, z uwzględnieniem ochrony transgranicznej Na ocenę 3: potrafi wskazać podstawowe cechy poszczególnych praw własności intelektualnej, potrafi poprawnie zidentyfikować podstawowe zagadnienia w obszarze ochrony dóbr niematerialnych, z uwzględnieniem ochrony transgranicznej Na ocenę 4: poprawnie określa istotę poszczególnych praw własności intelektualnej, potrafi precyzyjnie zidentyfikować problemy występujące w obszarze ochrony dóbr niematerialnych, z uwzględnieniem ochrony transgranicznej Na ocenę 5: wykazuje się zaawansowaną wiedzą z zakresu ochrony własności intelektualnej, potrafi samodzielnie zaproponować rozwiązania określonych problemów prawnych związanych z tematyką wykładu
