- knowledge and understanding of „Rule 47” of the Rules of Court (contents of an individual application);

- knowledge and understanding of admissibility of applications;

- knowledge and understanding of Convention Principles and Approach;

- knowledge and understanding of human rights and fundamental freedoms protected by the European Convention on Human Rights (hereinafter referred to as Convention);

- ability to write a complaint on an alleged human rights violation;
