Very good rating: EK1: The student very well analyzes selected facts of theories and methods, as well as the complex relationships between them, related to the context of the use of force EK 2: The student fully understands selected facts and phenomena related to the processes of the evolution of treaty and customary norms concerning the use of force; EK 3: The student very well uses the knowledge of legal and international regulations for the practical analysis of international conflicts; EK 4: The student is proficient in explaining and understanding the basic legal phenomena in the field of international law regarding the use of force EK 5: The student defines very well what are the exceptions to the prohibition of the use of force.
