Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:	PR_W02, the student knows the nature and meaning of the prohibition to use force and the way of defining basic concepts in this area, such as armed attack, aggression, the right to self-defense PR_W04, the student knows the structure, genesis and method of operation of the prohibition of the use of force and exceptions in this regard PR_W08 the student knows the principles of establishing and applying legal norms regarding the use of force in international law Lecture 30 h preparation to pass the lecture 20 h Total 50 h
Assessment methods and assessment criteria:	Very good rating: EK1: The student very well analyzes selected facts of theories and methods, as well as the complex relationships between them, related to the context of the use of force EK 2: The student fully understands selected facts and phenomena related to the processes of the evolution of treaty and customary norms concerning the use of force; EK 3: The student very well uses the knowledge of legal and international regulations for the practical analysis of international conflicts; EK 4: The student is proficient in explaining and understanding the basic legal phenomena in the field of international law regarding the use of force EK 5: The student defines very well what are the exceptions to the prohibition of the use of force.
