Short description:	Provide students with knowledge about the content of existing legislation and it's functioning in practice. Assessment and an indication of possible trends for their review. Provide students with the skills of using the Supreme Court case law and legal literature.
Full description:	Principles of family law, Family judicatory, subsidiary bodies of the family court, jurisdiction of family court. Matrimony, annulment of marriage, conjugal rights, non-material obligations between spouses, material relationship between spouses. Divorce law. Separation. Child’s origin. Parental authority (rise, content, methods of court’s modification). Adoption. Alimony - general characteristics, order of maintenance, grounds maintenance obligation. Custody. Student should resolve any problem of family law in any specific case.
