Short description:	Basic course of Polish Foreing Relations Law
Full description:	I. Systemy normatywne rządzące relacjami międzynarodowymi. II. Konstytucja RP a stosunki międzynarodowe: Obowiązek przestrzegania prawa międzynarodowego przez państwo polskie. Zasada pierwszeństwa konstytucji. III. Prawo międzynarodowe a prawo polskie. Źródła prawa międzynarodowego w katalogu konstytucyjnych źródeł prawa, Ustawa o umowach międzynarodowych. IV. Organy państwa w stosunkach międzynarodowych Kompetencje międzynarodowe organów państwa (naczelne organy państwa, misje i inne, samorządy i regiony, euroregiony). Służba dyplomatyczno-konsularna. V. Jednostka. Obywatelstwo polskie. Opieka nad obywatelami polskimi za granicą. Ekstradycja. Polskie prawo konsularne (ustawa o konsulach RP itp.) Status cudzoziemców w Polsce (standardy materialne i procedury: wjazd, wyjazd, pobyt, praca, uchodźcy, azyl itp.) Mniejszości narodowe w Polsce. VI. Obce państwo w prawie polskim Immunitet państwa a sądownictwo polskie. Przywileje i immunitety obcych misji dyplomatyczno-konsularnych oraz ich członków w prawie polskim. VII. Władztwo. Polska jurysdykcja wobec przestępstw międzynarodowych Wykonywanie przez Polskę sankcji międzynarodowych (ONZ) i przeciwśrodków (Unia Europejska): podstawy prawne, procedura. Granica państwowa. Prawo morskie (kodeks morski, ustawa o obszarach morskich itp.).
