Item level: the basic objectives of the course: understanding the issues related to foreign and security policy of the European Union.

Full description:

The substantive content: 1. The genesis of the common foreign and security policy of the European Union. 2. the essential stages of the structural development of the European integration process. Transforming the European Union into a single international organisation. 3. The reforms in the field of the common foreign and security policy to the Lisbon Treaty. Distinguishing features of Cfsp from other EU policies. 4. the scope, objectives and instruments of the CFSP. 5. WPZi (B)-institutional aspect. 6. Genesis and concept and the reforms introduced by the Treaty of Lisbon the European security and defence policy. The establishment of permanent structured cooperation and the Allied clause. The ESDP as an instrument of the common foreign and security policy. 7. the Constitutional aspects of participation in the CFSP and ESDP the assessment methods: written examination

EK 1: explains the basic concepts from the scope of the common foreign and security policy of the European Union and the distinctiveness of the CFSP from other EU policies EK 2: Describes the role of Member States in the development of the common foreign and security policy of the European Union and the institutional system of the CFSP EK3 shows in chronological order the various stages of the formation of the European Union's common foreign and security policy EK 4 objectives and lists the paths and the tasks posed before the common foreign and security policy of the European Union EK 5 discusses the problems associated with konstytucyjnoprawne participation Member States in Cfsp ECTS Description part in the lecture: 30 h reading acts: 20 h reading case law expires: 30 h exam preparation: 20 h the sum of hours: 100 number of ECTS 100/25 = 4 ECTS: 4

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Teaching method lecture is combined with us direct activity of the students, aimed at the solution of problems of theoretical or practical participation of the Polish in the Cfsp. The lecture is a dialogue between teacher and students, who have to carry out a legal analysis of the issues faculty by the symbols and represent its solution. Lecturer initiates discussions problem.

The effects in the area of knowledge are achieved by a speech discussion, written work (indicated by the lecturer in the issue of participation of the CFSP).
