Full description:	(in Polish) Treści merytoryczne: 1. Analiza specyfiki sporów i konfliktów międzynarodowych 2. Cechy charakterystyczne sporów i konfliktów międzynarodowych 3. Podstawowe grupy przyczyn powstawania sporów i konfliktów międzynarodowych 4. Konflikty międzynarodowe: analiza poszczególnych przypadków i mechanizmów sądowych oraz sprawiedliwości tranzytywnej, (np.): - Konflikt w b. Jugosławi - konflikt w Sudanie - konflikt w Rwandzie - konflikt w Sierra Leone - konflikt w Kambodży - konflikt na Timorze Wschodnim - konflikt w Iraku (I i II Wojna w Zatoce) - konflikt w Libanie - konflikt w Somalii - konflikt w Czeczenii - Konflikt w Afganistanie - konflikt w Syrii 5.Spory międzynarodowe: analiza poszczególnych przypadków i ich rozstrzygania oraz analiza problemów istotnych dla zagadnienia sporów i konfliktów międzynarodowych (np.): - spór o wyspy Kurylskie - spór dot.
