This course is intended to both broaden students' knowledge of macroeconomics and to develop their ability to cope with spoken and written macroeconomic texts in English.

Full description:

This course is intended to both broaden students' knowledge of macroeconomics and to develop their ability to cope with spoken and written macroeconomic texts in English. This aim is met through a choice of presented issues important in contemporary macroeconomics, the form of their presentation which refers to different schools and opinions and a choice of simple, wriiten texts that help students understand the problems discussed.

Students should acquire new knowledge and understanding of macroeconomic problems and develop ability to listen to and read macroeconomic texts in English.
