Efekty kształcenia i opis ECTS:	The course aims to familiarize with the roles performed by the Europe in the modern international relations. The forms of European activity on the global stage will be presented. These considerations will be complemented with a theoretical basis of the existing approaches and paradigms to study of the Europe in the international relations. It's especially: the concept of civilian power, normative power and soft power. The analysis will be taking into account the treaty foundations and tools of the Union's presence in the global arena. It is especially about issues related to the Treaty of Lisbon: the EU legal personality, the new institutions in external policy and decision-making in this area.
