Short description:

A changing behaviour offers you solutions for a balance of family and profession.

Full description:

Chapter 1: Resources input (Founding of a dyadic construct system, developing of convergence controlled by behaviour, perceiving, accepting, influencing and differentiating the behaviour in partnerships, recognizing and monitoring of control mechanisms: resilence, transaction, coherence, etc.).

Chapter 2: Basics of corporate ethics (Scope of requirements on executive managers and their character properties, servant leadership - managers' development as personality development, the dilemma of leadership, how to solve this dilemma etc.).

Chapter 3: Solution approaches between individualizing and collectivizing (Searching for meaning and identity at work and in the family as holistic co-evolution process, conflict between character and experience, cooperative leadership at work, conclusion: future development of the salutogenetic model makes the rush hour of life controllable etc.).

Chapter 4: Salutogenetic Work-Life-Balance (Self-management and relationship management, salutogenetic health management).
