KNOWLEDGE:

- The student has knowledge about the processes of interpersonal and group communication in various aspects (including psychological and sociological) and their correctness and distortions

- The student identifies and characterizes various psychological and linguistic mechanisms in the communication process

SKILLS:

- The student assesses the advantages and disadvantages of various theoretical concepts concerning communication, is able to correctly interpret and explain dependencies in the communication process

- The student uses knowledge creatively to communicate in practical operation, managing group work and resolving conflicts

- Student constructs and correctly integrates communication messages

SOCIAL COMPETENCE:

- Student strives to become aware of the complexity of the social situation, is sensitive to the complexity of communication processes and has the ability to increase his communication skills

- The student uses the acquired knowledge to work and cooperate in a group, taking various roles in it
