Short description:

During the course, students learn the theory of the state and the political system by reference to the Constitution of the Polish Republic.

Full description:

The course covers issues related to the theoretical and practical foundations of utroju state. Efforts are reflections on the different concepts and forms of state and theories of their formation. The course also discusses the key features and functions of the state. Subject also takes a detailed analysis of the Constitution of the Republic of Polish, the history of its formation, structure, and function. On the content of this constitution is based fundamental analysis of state authorities and local government. The knowledge gained in the classroom is updated with contemporary reference to national and international events.
