After the finish of the course

the knowledge:

EK 1 - he knows the main principles of work of evangelization, pastoral, catechetical and charitable Catholic Church, ecumenical and interreligious dialogue (TMA_W08);

EK 2 - he has a basic knowledge of the cultural institutions of different religious traditions and has orientation in contemporary cultural life (RL_W10);

the skills:

EK 3 - he is able to correctly interpret social phenomena (cultural, legal, political) in the field of religion and mutual relations prevailing between the two (RL_U12);

EK 4 - he has the ability to understand and analyze social phenomena resulting from religious and cultural factors (RL_U17);

the social competence:

EK 5 - he is aware of the importance of religious pluralism for the world's cultural and social heritage (RL_K09).

Description of credits:

Participation in the lecture: 30 hours

The student's own work: 30 hours

Consultations: 15 hours

Total: 75 hours = 3 ECTS

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

EE nr 1 referred to as "he knows the role of Christianity in the formation of medieval culture, both in terms of moral and religious as well as social, political, economic, etc "

For the grade:

Non sufficient (2): he does not know the role of Christianity in the formation of medieval culture

Sufficient (3): he knows partially the role of Christianity in the formation of medieval culture

Good (4): he knows the whole role of Christianity in the formation of medieval culture

Very good (5): he knows the whole role of Christianity in the formation of medieval culture, and can accurately express it

EE nr 2 referred to as "he has a basic knowledge of the various factors influencing the culture of the Middle Ages and the presence of medieval heritage in contemporary culture"

Non sufficient (2): he has not a basic knowledge of the various factors influencing the culture of the Middle Ages and the presence of medieval heritage in contemporary culture

Sufficient (3): he knows some of the factors that shape the culture of the Middle Ages and knows generally about the presence of the medieval heritage in contemporary culture

Good (4): has a basic knowledge of the main factors influencing the culture of the Middle Ages and the presence of medieval heritage in contemporary culture

Very good: (5) he recognizes very good the importance of religious and ideological pluralism for the cultural and social heritage of the Middle Ages and express it correctly.

The verification of learning results: final test.

The condition to complete the subject is the obtaining of all established points.

The number of the obtained points determines the positive grade of the subject:

- Test: sufficient - sufficient plus - 50-60%, good - good plus - 60-85%, very good – 85-100%;

- Presence: sufficient - 60%; good - 60-95%, very good - 95-100%.
