Student participating in knowledge classes: 1. Is able to make an appropriate choice of catechetical methods based on the purpose and tasks of catechesis. TMA_W08 2. Indicates ways of using didactic principles in catechesis. TMA_W18 In terms of skills: 3. Analyzes religious education textbooks in terms of catechetical methods. He skillfully selects them for specific content. TMA_U07 In terms of social competences: 4. Develops competences in fulfilling the catechetical and evangelizing mission of the Church. TMA_K02 |
Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
Learning outcome 1. The student is able to make the appropriate choice of catechetical methods based on the purpose and tasks of catechesis. Ndst (2): cannot explain the relationship between the choice of methods and the adopted goals and tasks of catechesis; Dst (3): correctly justifies the connection of methods with the adopted goals and tasks of catechesis, lists the goals and tasks of catechesis; Db (4): evaluates methods in terms of effectiveness in achieving the adopted goals and tasks of catechesis; Bdb (5): verifies the correctness of the catechetical methods used based on the goals and tasks of catechesis. Learning outcome 2. The student indicates ways of using didactic principles in catechesis. Ndst (2): cannot name several basic didactic principles used in catechesis; Dst (3): lists several didactic principles used in catechesis and correctly discusses at least one; Db (4): discusses the indicated didactic principles used in catechesis and correctly relates them to practice during religion classes; Bdb (5): precisely explains the application of didactic principles in religion classes and formulates proposals for their application in catechesis. Educational outcome 3. The student analyzes religion textbooks in terms of catechetical methods. He skillfully selects them for specific content. Ndst (2): cannot provide several typical catechetical methods found in religious education textbooks; Dst (3): lists and discusses the basic types of catechetical methods present in religious education textbooks; Db (4): correctly analyzes textbooks regarding the methods used in them; Bdb (5): correctly analyzes textbooks in terms of the methods used in them, is able to independently select methods corresponding to specific content. Educational outcome 4. The student develops competences in fulfilling the catechetical and evangelizing mission of the Church. Ndst (2): cannot explain what values are related to the implementation of the catechetical and evangelizing mission of the Church; Dst (3): presents the values that should guide a catechist in fulfilling the catechetical and evangelizing mission; Db (4): presents a vision of the implementation of the catechetical and evangelizing mission of the Church (based on specific values and methods of action); Bdb (5): presents a thoroughly thought-out vision of the implementation of the catechetical and evangelizing mission of the Church (based on specific values and methods of action), is able to defend it and indicate the possibilities of its implementation. The condition for passing the course is the achievement of all assumed learning outcomes. The positive grade in a subject is determined by the number of points obtained from: - attendance at classes: dst – from 60%; db – 60-95%, very good – 95-100%. - preparation of mid-semester work (analysis of the indicated source from didactics or catechetical methodology) - mastering the lecture material supplemented with the indicated literature - final test: dst – dst plus – 50-60%, db – db plus 60-85%, very good – 85-100%; Active participation in lectures: 15 hours Student's own work: 80 hours. Consultations with the instructor: 5 hours. Total: 100 hours =4 ECTS |
